Ang organisasyong ito ay bunga ng isang malalim na pagmamahal at pagpapahalaga sa mga nanatiling naniniwala at nagtitiwala. At naglalayong maipagpatuloy at mas lalo pang mapalawak ang pagtulong sa kapwa lalo na sa mas higit na nangangailangan.
Ito ay nag-umpisa mula sa Tatlong (3) Founders na pinagtagpo ng tadhana, upang magmahal, gumabay at mamuno. Ang tatlong ito ay naging isang parang tunay na magkakapatid, nagdadamayan at nag-uunawaan sa hirap man o ginahawa. At iyon ang iminulat nila ng simulan at pamunuan nila ang Bagwis Chapter sa lungsod ng Trece Martires City, Brgy. Hugo Perez na ngayon ay National Chapter na. At sila ngayon ang mga naging AMA at matibay na pundasyon ng Philippine Supreme Guardians Global Incorporated – PSGGI Bagwis.
