PSGGI with a moniker (secondary identifier) of BAGWIS, is a SEC Registered non-governmental organization fraternal brotherhood (SEC Registration - NO.: 2025120230669-00), with Incorporators and Executive Committee. 

We are a newly-created fraternal brotherhood that was founded in November 2025 and registered with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) in 18th of December, 2025. We are "built on trust, bound by honor"... 

Our National Office Headquarters is located at Golden Horizon, Pag-ibig Villas-1 B95 L1 Ph1, Brgy. Hugo Perez, Trece Martires City, Cavite.

Yes, just visit us here in the office and feel free to fill-up application and follow instructions.

Yes, you just to have to undergo screening and basic background check. 

Yes, we accept adopt-a-member procedure, just make sure you have proper documents from your previous faction and you must have acceptable reason for leaving them.

Membership Procedures

Just follow these steps...

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be a natural person.
- Must be of legal age.
- Must have no derogatory records.
(If has: under monitoring & must be cleared)
- Must not involve in any crime or malicious act.
- Must be trustworthy and respectful.
- Must have a kind-hearted to serve others with or
without expecting anything in return as a volunteer.
- Must have formal documents from his/her previous faction (If adopt-a-member).
- Must have: CADS (COMMITMENT|ACCEPTANCE|DEDICATION|SINCERITY)

APPLICATION AND ADMISSION

- With Bonafide member as his/her sponsor.
- Completely filled out application form.
- If ADOPT - must have a proper documents from your previous faction
and you must have valid/acceptable reason for leaving them.

APPROVAL PROCESS

- The candidate/applicant(s) needs to make it through the screening committee for final approval under Chapter Founders & Appointed/Elected Chairman.

DUES AND FEES

- As evidence of their membership validity, the applicant must pay for their, marks, IDs and membership certificate.

Member’s Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Participate in programs, activities and meetings: meetings, events, service projects, and community-service assistance is a common expectation.

Makilahok sa mga programa, aktibidad at pagpupulong: ang mga pagpupulong, kaganapan, proyekto ng serbisyo, at tulong sa serbisyo sa komunidad ay karaniwang inaasahang gawain.

B. A member MUST BE RESPECTFUL not only to his/his superiors (show respect) but also to all the members, whether inside or outside the Office/Headquarters through the GUARDIANS culture.

DAPAT MAGING DISIPLINADO AT MARESPETO ang isang miyembro hindi lamang sa kanyang nakatataas (magpakita ng respeto) kundi maging sa lahat ng miyembro, sa loob man o labas ng Opisina/Punong-tanggapan sa pamamagitan ng kultura ng GUARDIANS.

C. Be respectful at all times, at any place. A member MUST ONLY use the word "Bro" to a colleague who is the same or lower in position than him/her. And those above him/her should be called by their rank or rank & pseudonym or Sir.

Maging magalang sa lahat ng oras, sa anumang lugar. DAPAT LAMANG gamitin ng isang miyembro ang salitang "Bro" sa isang kasamahan na pareho o mas mababa sa posisyon kaysa sa kanya. At ang mga nakatataas sa kanya ay dapat tawagin sa kanilang ranggo, ranggo at pseudonym, o Sir.

D. Uphold the constitution and code of conduct: Members are expected to respect and follow the foundational documents (By-Laws), rules, and guidelines of this organization, as well as applicable laws.

Itaguyod ang konstitusyon at kodigo ng pag-uugali: Ang mga miyembro ay inaasahang igalang at sundin ang mga pangunahing dokumento (By-Laws), mga tuntunin, at mga alituntunin ng organisasyong ito, pati na rin ang mga naaangkop na batas.

E. Maintain ethical conduct: Members should act with moral character, show respect for others at all times, and avoid any actions detrimental to the interest or image of the members & the organization.

Panatilihin ang etikal na pag-uugali: Ang mga miyembro ay dapat kumilos nang may moral na katangian, magpakita ng paggalang sa iba sa lahat ng oras, at iwasan ang anumang mga aksyon na nakakasira sa interes o imahe ng mga miyembre lalo na ng organisasyon.

F. Maintain secrecy (trustworthy): This organizations require members to keep certain rituals and confidential information private.

Panatilihin ang pagiging lihim (mapagkakatiwalaan): Ang organisasyong ito ay nangangailangan ng mga miyembro na panatilihing pribado ang ilang ritwal at kumpidensyal na impormasyon.

G. Timely paying of dues and other agreed-upon fees.

Napapanahong pagbabayad ng mga dapat bayaran at iba pang napagkasunduang bayarin.

H. Fostering a strong sense of brotherhood or shared community. 

Pagpapatibay ng isang malakas na pakiramdam ng kapatiran o ibinahaging komunidad.

I. Engage with the community: Members are often expected to engage in community service and activities that positively reflect the association's values.

Makipag-ugnayan sa komunidad: Ang mga miyembro ay madalas na inaasahang makisali sa serbisyo sa komunidad at mga aktibidad na positibong nagpapakita ng mga halaga ng asosasyon.

J. Support fellow members: A core duty is to develop a strong sense of brotherhood/sisterhood, providing physical, mental, and emotional support, mentoring, and helping other members solve problems.

Suportahan ang mga kapwa miyembro: Ang pangunahing tungkulin ay bumuo ng isang malakas na pakiramdam ng kapatiran/kapatid na babae, pagbibigay ng pisikal, mental, at emosyonal na suporta, mentoring, at pagtulong sa ibang mga miyembro na malutas ang mga problema.

K. Perform assigned duties: Members may be asked to satisfactorily perform various tasks or roles assigned by leadership or the general assembly from time to time.

Gampanan ang mga itinalagang tungkulin: Maaaring hilingin sa mga miyembro na ganap na gampanan ang iba't ibang mga gawain o tungkulin na itinalaga ng pamunuan o ng pangkalahatang kapulungan sa pana-panahon.
